Cascade System

  • Cascade are made with three storage bank system with Non Return valves.
  • These are Low, medium and high banks.
  • This bank system are used as per convenience or requirement for CNG dispensing. Isolation valves at each cylinders and safety relief valve provided to ensure safety.
  • Each cylinder is manufactured and tested as per guidelines of PESO
  • Cylinders are well placed at a defined distance from each other and fitted with SS tubes of SS-316/316L Grade with suitable fitting confirming ASME A 269.
  • It is a bunch of 45 cylinders of 75 water liters each. At 250 Bars with gas density of 0.7 Kg/Its it can stored 530 Kgs. approx. CNG. This quantity may vary place to place. This is reliable due to its robust design, manufacturing and testing. It is feasible due to its low cost.

Cyclic Test Machine

  • PLC controlled cng cylinders impulse cyclic test machine
  • No. of ports-6, Media- Oil
  • Common pressure will be displayed for all the 6 ports
  • There will be graphical representative of pressure over PLC display:
  • There will be a continuous cycle of pressure increase and decrement cycle.
  • Maximum Pressure- 400bar. Set pressure will be editable by user.
  • Pressure is generated by Hydraulic mean by incorporating pressure intensifier to build up pressure by bidirectional movement of center plate/piston.
  • Incorporation of dual pump circuitry for higher flow to increase Cycle per minutes. Rated CPM will be 15.
  • Incorporation of temperature sensor for continuous temperature logging of test cylinders and media temperature
  • Incorporation of automatic pressure drain valve (common for all 6 ports) for pressure drain provision
  • Incorporation of proportional valve to control pressure as per set pressure limit.
